By replacing exposed terminal lugs with molded cable outlets or split rubber bushings, the system achieves a fully insulated and fully sealed (SIS) configuration, preventing phase-to-phase flashovers caused by external environments.
Fully Insulated Design: All conductive parts are enclosed, allowing for reduced phase-to-phase clearance and installation on compact single-pole cross-arms.
Bushing Protection Protocol: The enclosure features a “Forbid Lifting Bushing” warning and specialized lifting lugs to protect the hermetic seal from mechanical stress during installation.
Self-Powered Spring Mechanism: Independent spring actuation ensures switching speeds are consistent regardless of operator force, ensuring rapid arc quenching.
High Environmental Durability: Specifically suited for Class IV pollution levels and areas prone to wildlife-induced faults.
