The PGS series is an SF6 gas-insulated sectionalizer designed for medium-voltage overhead distribution lines. The switch is hermetically sealed within a 3.0mm grade 304 stainless steel enclosure, filled with SF6 gas at a rated pressure of 0.05 MPa. It provides simultaneous three-phase operation with high breaking capacity for load currents and short-circuit making capacity.

Integrated Polymeric Bushings: Molded silicone rubber bushings provide a creepage distance of over 25mm/kV, ensuring high resistance to pollution and UV radiation.
Flat Terminal Connection: Standardized copper terminal lugs allow for direct bolt-on connection with overhead conductors or jumpers.
Mechanical Interlock & Indicator: Features a high-visibility mechanical ON/OFF indicator and a manual locking device to prevent unauthorized or accidental operation.
Maintenance-Free Sealing: Automated robotic welding ensures an annual leakage rate of ≤0.1%, eliminating the need for gas refilling throughout its 20-year service life.
