At Liyond, team culture is not just a concept—it is something we build through real experiences, shared memories, and time spent growing together. Recently, the Liyond team traveled to Beijing, China, embarking on a journey that strengthened our connections, refreshed our mindset, and reinforced the values that unite us as one team.
This trip was not about rushing through destinations. It was about slowing down, experiencing history, and discovering inspiration together—just as we collaborate, learn, and progress in our daily work.
Our journey began at Yuanmingyuan, where the remaining ruins quietly tell stories of the past. Walking together through this historic site encouraged reflection—on resilience, continuity, and the importance of learning from history, both as individuals and as a team.
Standing outside Peking University, we felt the presence of knowledge, tradition, and forward-thinking spirit. It reminded us that long-term growth—whether in education, technology, or business—must be built on solid foundations.
At the Summer Palace, nature and architecture come together in perfect harmony. This sense of balance resonated with us as a team: finding harmony between work and life, precision and creativity, individual roles and collective goals.
The Temple of Heaven impressed us with its symmetry and precision. Its design reflects alignment and order—qualities that also define effective teamwork and successful collaboration at Liyond.
Watching the flag-raising ceremony at Tiananmen Square at dawn was a powerful shared moment. It strengthened our sense of unity, responsibility, and purpose—values that guide how we work together every day.
Our visit to the Chairman Mao Memorial Hall offered time for quiet reflection on leadership, vision, and long-term commitment—qualities we strive to cultivate within our team and organization.
Exploring the Forbidden City, we were reminded that great achievements are never the result of individual effort alone. Behind its enduring grandeur lies coordination, craftsmanship, and collaboration—principles that strongly reflect our team culture.
At Prince Gong’s Mansion, we appreciated how thoughtful details and human-centered design can create lasting impact. It echoed our belief that attention to people and details is essential to building a strong, lasting team.
Climbing the Great Wall was both challenging and rewarding. We moved forward together, encouraged one another, and shared every step—just as we do when facing challenges at work.
Our journey concluded at Beijing Olympic Park, visiting the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. These landmarks represent innovation, cooperation, and global vision—values that shape Liyond’s team culture and future direction.
This Beijing journey strengthened more than our bonds—it reinforced who we are as a team. Through shared experiences, open communication, and mutual support, Liyond continues to cultivate a team culture built on trust, respect, and continuous growth.
As we move forward, these moments will continue to inspire how we work together, support one another, and create value for our partners worldwide.
