The fatigue life of the bellows is related to the working conditions of the heated temperature. The working principle of vacuum interrupter
The vacuum interrupter in the vacuum bubble is an electric vacuum device that uses a high vacuum insulating interrupting medium and relies on a pair of contacts sealed in the vacuum to achieve the on-off function of the electric circuit. When it disconnects a certain value of current, the static and dynamic contacts in the moment of separation, the current contraction to the point of contact just separated, there is a sharp increase in resistance between the electrodes and the temperature increases rapidly, until the electrode metal evaporation, while forming a very high electric field strength, resulting in a very strong emission and gap breakdown, resulting in vacuum arc, when the frequency current is close to zero, but also the increase in contact opening distance, the vacuum arc The plasma quickly spreads around, and after the arc current has passed zero, the medium of the contact gap quickly changes from conductor to insulator, and the current is broken off. Due to the special structure of the contact, the contact gap will produce a proper longitudinal magnetic field during the arc, this magnetic field can make the arc evenly distributed on the contact surface, maintain a low arc voltage, so that the vacuum interrupter has a high recovery rate of the medium strength after the arc, small arc energy and small corrosion rate. In this way, it improves the ability of the vacuum interrupter to open the current and its service life.
