JN22-40.5/31.5 indoor AC high voltage disconnect switch is an advanced level product with high tech parameters performance. After comprehensive evaluation, it conforms to GB1985 AC HV disconnect switch and earthing switch, applies to power system of 40.5kV and AC 50Hz. Can be used with KYN61-40.5 and other types high voltage switchgear, also play a protective role in the high-voltage electrical equipment overhaul.
Main structure of earthing switch: bracket, grounding knife assembly, static contact, sensor, shaft, arm, compression spring, conductive sleeve, soft connection. The bracket is bent by a thin steel plate and welded into parts, and the rest are assembled parts.
Electrical ProductsWorking principle of High Voltage Earthing Switch
a. When the operating mechanism is used to close the grounding switch, the torque acts as a torque to overcome the resistance torque, and the rotating arm rotates in the closing direction, and the operating lever on the grounding knife passes the compression spring to release the point, and the compression spring releases the energy. Make the grounding switch close quickly, in the closing position. The grounding knife on the grounding knife assembly is firmly and reliably contacted by the flange portion of the disc spring and the stationary contact.
b. During the opening operation, the acting torque causes the main shaft to overcome the main torque and the spring force, and drives the arm to rotate in the opening direction, and the grounding knife compression spring passes the dead point, and the compression spring energy storage ends, so as to prepare for the next closing.
c. The grounding switch and closing speed are independent of the operating speed of the person.
