Holiday Notice: 2026 Chinese Spring Festival Closure

As the Lunar New Year (Spring Festival) approaches, Liyond Electric would like to extend our warmest greetings and sincere thanks for your continued trust and support.

Please be informed that our office and factory will be closed for the holiday period. To ensure your procurement plans and project schedules remain unaffected, please take note of our holiday arrangements:

1. Holiday Schedule

• Closure Period: February 14, 2026 – February 24, 2026

• Resume Normal Operations: February 25, 2026

2. Production & Shipment Policy

• Current Orders: Only orders completed and processed before the holiday will be dispatched. For the specific status and shipment schedule of your existing orders, please contact your dedicated Sales Manager for confirmation.

• New Orders: Production for new orders received shortly before or during the holiday will be scheduled after February 25th.

• Priority Fulfillment: We operate on a “First-In, First-Out” basis. Orders confirmed earlier will be prioritized in our production queue once we return. We highly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to secure an early production slot.

3. Support During the Break

While our production lines will be paused, our sales and technical support teams will check messages periodically. For any urgent inquiries, please contact your account manager via mobile or social media apps (WhatsApp/WeChat).
