The Liyond 35kV series oil-immersed power transformer is a high-performance solution designed for power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and rated voltages of 35kV and below. Engineered for reliability in small to medium-sized substations, these units combine advanced core technology with robust safety features to ensure stable power distribution.

Key Structural Features of Oil-Immersed Power Transformer

High-Efficiency Iron Core: Utilizes high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel. The core features a full-oblique joint stacking method and a multi-step circular cross-section to minimize losses.

Precision Windings: All windings are concentric. The high-voltage side includes taps for voltage adjustment; please note that power must be disconnected before switching the tap position (off-circuit).

Safety & Protection: Every unit is equipped with a gas relay and a pressure relief valve to prevent damage from internal faults.

Oil Preservation: Transformers include a conservator tank with an integrated oil level gauge and a moisture absorber (breather) featuring an oil seal for enhanced insulation protection.

Temperature Monitoring: A thermometer socket is provided on the tank top. Units with a capacity of 1000kVA or higher come standard with an outdoor signal thermometer.
