Key Features of 220kV Oil-Immersed Power Transformer

Low Partial Discharge Design: The internal structure is meticulously processed in a dust-free environment to ensure partial discharge levels remain well below industry standards, extending the transformer’s service life.

Superior Short-Circuit Strength: Coils are reinforced with high-density insulation components and advanced clamping systems to withstand the mechanical stresses of sudden short-circuit events.

Optimized Magnetic Circuit: Features a high-quality, cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel core with a multi-step mitered joint structure to minimize no-load loss and magnetizing current.

Advanced Cooling & Tank Integrity: Equipped with high-efficiency cooling systems (ONAN/ONAF) and a robust, vacuum-tested bell-type tank to prevent oil leakage and ensure thermal stability under full load.

Structural & Workmanship Features

High-Precision Winding: Precise tension control during the winding process ensures tight coils and consistent impedance.

Reliable Sealing System: All gaskets and seals are made of high-quality nitrile rubber or specialized materials to ensure a 30-year maintenance-free tank seal.

Smart Monitoring (Optional): Can be equipped with online dissolved gas analysis (DGA) and fiber-optic temperature sensors for real-time health monitoring
