  General Description:

  ZN28-12 series vacuum circuit breaker is the Indoor H.V, switch-gear with rated voltage 12kV and triphase AC 50Hz. This product accords with GB 1984 standard; the overall structure of this product has two types: one is switch body and operating device installed at a body and the other is switch body and operating device installed separately. The whole type is ZN28-12 basic type divided body type structure is ZN28A-12, which applies to various fixed type switch cabinet, such as GG-1 A(Z), XGN2-12(Z) and so on.
  This product can match to use CD17.CD10A model DC magnetic operating device or CT17 and CT19 model spring energy store operating device.

  Structural features
  This product is a special vacuum circuit breaker for fixed switch cabinets. It has its own operating mechanism (users can choose CT-19 spring mechanism or CD-17 electromagnetic mechanism according to actual needs). The operating mechanism is installed inside the frame and connected to the main shaft through a connecting rod. The connection and operating mechanism ensure that the spindle rotation angle is 58°±1°, and the mechanical characteristics and technical parameters should meet the requirements in the table. This product is installed in a sealed longitudinal magnetic field vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. The main shaft, opening spring and oil buffer are installed inside the frame. The bottom surface of the frame is provided with mounting holes for circuit breaker installation. There are 6 insulators installed on the rear surface of the frame (3 on the upper and lower sides). The upper insulator fixes the moving bracket and the lower insulator fixes the static bracket. The rear ends of the moving and static brackets also serve as outlet terminals. The vacuum interrupter is installed between the dynamic and static brackets. The main shaft is connected to the vacuum interrupter through an insulating rod and a swing arm. There are also two insulating rods installed between the dynamic and static brackets to connect the two into a whole. Improved overall strength.

  Normal use conditions
  1. Ambient air temperature: -10℃～+40℃;
  2. altitude: not exceeding 1000m.
  3. Humidity conditions: the average value of daily relative humidity does not exceed 95%, the average value of monthly relative humidity does not exceed 90%, the average value of daily water vapour pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa, and the average value of monthly water vapour pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;
  4. the surrounding air is not visibly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gases, vapours or salt spray;
  5. vibrations or ground motions from outside the switchgear and control equipment are negligible;
  6. the amplitude of the electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.
