This series of indoor, three-phase AC medium-voltage (MV) environmental-friendly gas-insulated ring main units (RMU) represents our newly developed generation of distribution equipment. Developed in response to global green environmental protection concepts and strict decarbonization grid regulations, this switchgear serves as a premier alternative to traditional SF6 gas-insulated equipment.
By utilizing clean dry air insulation within a hermetically sealed stainless steel air box combined with a vacuum interrupter for load breaking, this series achieves zero greenhouse gas emissions while fully meeting GB and IEC technical standards.
The integration of our flexible vacuum load break switch (LBS) allows for an ultra-compact tank structure. The phase-to-phase distance can be configured from 210mm to 230mm to fit standard panel widths, or can be customized and evaluated based on specific customer enclosure requirements, ensuring seamless compatibility for various retrofitting project needs.
1. Advanced Safe Interlocking & Visibility
Dual Isolation Breakouts: The integrated switch features distinct and visible “double” isolation breakouts to ensure ultimate operator safety during maintenance.
Modular “Five-Prevention” Interlock: Truly prevents misoperation. The lower compartment door features an emergency unlocking device and can only be opened when the main circuit is fully grounded. Conversely, the grounding switch can only be tripped and the switch closed after the lower door is secured.
2. Miniaturized & Highly Flexible Design
Compact Footprint: Due to the optimized space configuration of the inner vacuum LBS, the standard air box width can be compressed down to 450mm–500mm.
Customization Evaluation: While the standard phase pitch supports compact layouts, the structural dimensions, scheme layout, and expansion options (top or side expansion) can be tailored to specific project blueprints.
High Versatility: The upper and lower isolation schemes share a component utilization rate of over 90%, ensuring high product stability and strong versatility for stock management.
Operating Environment
1. Ambient Air Temperature: Upper limit +40℃, lower limit -50°C.
2. Relative Air Humidity: Daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%.
3. Altitude: Standard design up to 1500 meters. Special structural adjustments for the air box are available for high-altitude installations at 2000 meters or above upon request.
4. Earthquake Resistance: Intensity does not exceed level 8.
5. Site Conditions: Applicable for locations free from fire, explosion, severe contamination,
chemical corrosion, and violent vibrations.
