The KYN28A-24(Z) metal-clad switchgear panel withdrawable type is mainly suitable for power plants, small and medium-sized generators, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions power distribution and power systems of the secondary substation receiving power, feeder and large high-voltage motor start, etc., the implementation of control protection, monitoring purposes. The busbar system is single busbar and can be derived from single busbar with bypass and double busbar structure. It has the function of “five-proof” blocking. The cabinet can be equipped with types of vacuum circuit breaker: ZN63 (VSI) vacuum circuit breakers and ABB’s VD4 vacuum circuit breakers, which is a superior performance power distribution device.

The KYN28A-24 switch cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, with a shell protection grade of IP4X and a protection grade of IP2X when the doors of each small compartment and breaker room are open, and has overhead in/out lines, cable in/out lines and other functional solutions, and can become a distribution device of various solutions after arrangement and combination. The shell of this switchgear is made of imported thin aluminium-zinc coated steel plates, processed by CNC machine tools, and multiple folding processes are adopted, so that the whole cabinet not only has high precision, strong corrosion and oxidation resistance, but also adopts multiple folding processes, so that the cabinet is lighter in overall weight, higher in mechanical strength and more beautiful in appearance than other similar equipment cabinets. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, with rivet nuts and high strength bolts. This makes the processing and production cycle shortened, the parts are universal and the floor space is reduced, making it easy to organise production.

Difference between KYN28A-12 and KYN28A-24

1. KYN28A-12 and KYN28A-24 The rated voltage of the former is 12KV and the rated voltage of the latter is 24KV.
2. The air insulation distance of 12KV high voltage cabinet is 125mm.
The safety distance for 24KV: phase to phase: 180mm, phase to ground 180mm, to door 210mm.
3. The biggest difference between the two is that the safety distance is not the same, so the cabinet size is not the same.
The standard size of KYN28A-12 is 800*1500*2300 (the size will increase according to the inlet and outlet mode and the size of the current)
The standard size of KYN28A-24 is 1000*1810*2450
