LW8(A)-40.5 outdoor AC high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical appliance. It uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and image insulation medium, adopts compressed gas arc extinguishing structure, and has a strong breaking capacity. It can be widely used in power systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. The porcelain circuit breaker can be used as a transformer substation and power plant to open and close rated current and short-circuit current, and can be used as a connecting circuit breaker and capacitor bank. It comes with a current transformer for measurement and protection. It is an ideal replacement product for circuit breakers.
The LW8-40.5 SF6 circuit breaker is an outdoor circuit breaker of porcelain column structure with three separate phases. It has a compressed air arc extinguishing chamber, and the three-phase gas is connected through a copper tube. The circuit breaker consists of a support porcelain bottle, a current transformer, an arc extinguishing chamber, an absorber, a transmission box, a connecting rod, a base frame and a spring operating mechanism.
The porcelain sleeve is the support and insulation component for connecting the main circuit of the circuit breaker with the power system. Since it is connected to the circuit breaker casing and belongs to the part of the pressure vessel, it has high strength and good airtightness.
