VCB Chasis trucks are available in two versions: DPC- 4 -800 for circuit breakers up to 1600A and interfacial distance to 210, 275 mm, And DPC- 4 -1000 to switch from 2000A to 3150A , with an interfacial distance up to 275 mm. Working principle
The hand-carrying circuit breaker has two positions in the switchgear, namely the working position and the isolated position. When the circuit breaker is in the working position, the main circuit of the switchgear is connected with the main circuit of the circuit breaker; and when the circuit breaker is in the isolated position, the main switchgear The circuit is disconnected from the main circuit of the circuit breaker. The switching of the two positions of the circuit breaker in the switchgear is achieved by the movement of the chassis of the hand-cranked circuit breaker. Since the main circuit is a high-voltage live accessory, the movement of the circuit breaker must be unlocked in the chassis lock device, that is, the chassis car lock device controls the chassis car to carry the circuit breaker in the switch cabinet.
The control module is developed for the motor chassis truck. It is installed in the low-voltage room of the switchgear. It is used for the electric access control and protection device of the electric chassis. It can simplify the engineering design, reduce the secondary wiring work of the switchgear and improve the reliability.
Main functions
