KYN28-24 24KV Armored Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50/60Hz power system, used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, protect and detect circuits. The switchgear has two structural forms: armored cabinet and double busbar cabinet. It can be equipped with SF6 circuit breaker, VD4-24 circuit breaker, ZN72-24 fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and the secondary circuit is equipped with advanced and reliable control and protection units. The product adopts APG epoxy casting and reliable solid fully insulated busbar technology for full insulation design. It has good electric field distribution measures. It is a miniaturized switchgear with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.

Structural features:
The KYN28-24 cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, the protection level of the shell is IP4X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of each compartment and the circuit breaker room is opened. It has overhead inlet and outlet lines, cable inlet and outlet lines and other functional schemes. After arrangement and combination, it can become a power distribution device in various schemes. The shell of this switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated sheet steel, which is processed by CNC machine tools and adopts multiple folding processes, so that the entire cabinet not only has high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, but also adopts multiple folding methods. The edge technology makes the cabinet lighter in weight, higher in mechanical strength and more beautiful in appearance than other similar equipment cabinets. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, which is connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts. In this way, the processing and production cycle is shortened, the parts are versatile, the floor space is reduced, and the production is easy to organize.
Features
1. The busbar adopts heat-shrinkable insulating material or epoxy-coated insulating means to optimize the electrode shape, so that the cabinet structure is compact and the floor space is reduced.
2. The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and imported aluminum-zinc coated plates, which are formed by CNC sheet metal processing, and are connected by high-strength bolts, nuts and rivet nuts.
3. Insulation boards are installed in the busbar room, handcart room and cable room in the cabinet, and the insulation level is greatly improved.
4. Can be configured with domestic VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker or Schneider’s VH4 or Alstom FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker to meet the needs of different users.
5. The combined valve can be opened flexibly. As the circuit breaker is pulled out, the valve will be automatically closed and forced to lock, preventing the danger of accidentally touching high voltage.
6. The friendly man-machine interface makes the operation of the switch cabinet programmatic and formulaic, and the operator can see it at a glance.
7. The main wiring scheme can reach more than 160 kinds, and the structure has strong adaptability, which can meet the needs of different users
Use environmental conditions
1. Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -10℃.
2. Environmental humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%, monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%.
3. Altitude: below 1000m.
4. Earthquake resistance: the seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
5. The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive combustible gas, water vapor, etc.
6. No frequent violent vibration places. Severity design for harsh conditions meets Class I requirements.

Ordering Instructions
When ordering, the user must provide the following information:
1. Main wiring scheme number, usage and single-line system diagram, rated voltage, rated current, rated short-circuit breaking current, layout of power distribution room and arrangement of switch cabinets, etc.;
2. Requirements for control, measurement and protection functions of switchgear and requirements and schematic diagrams of other locking and automatic devices;
3. The model, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switchgear;
4. For bus bridge connections between switch cabinets or incoming cabinets, specific requirements data such as the rated current-carrying capacity of the bus bridge, the span of the bus bridge, and the height from the ground should be provided;
5. When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering;
