  HX2 type phase comparator (PC) is matched with DXN8D series indoor HV charged display devices (the indicator panel sets the phase testing end). It is applied to indoor 3.6-40.5kV, 50Hz HV charged display dual power, multipower supply substation, distribution substation (especially for inlet cable). After inspection and before transmission, operator could compare the phases by LV end without opening the switchgear door.

   

  Using method

   

  Before phase  comparison, operator should make sure all wirings are correct within HV switchgear, namely the sequenves of cables between voltage sensor and voltage indicator are right. When two HV powers are supplying normally, operator should do the following steps after making sure all voltage indicator are normally working: Insert one plug of the comparator end into L1 phase testing end on the voltage indicator of working power switchgear, then insert the other plug of the comparator end into L1,L2,L3 phase testing end separately on the voltage indicator panels of pending power supply switchgear, to observe the indicator light conditions of comparator.

• Indoor high-voltage charged display device consists of three sensors and a display connected by wires. It is suitable for indoor high voltage electrical equipment under rated frequency 50Hz and rated voltage 40.5KV. Not only can reflect the circuit charged condition, but also with the electromagnetic lock. To achieve the mandatory locking of switch handles, valves, etc.. The charged display and mandatory locking are controlled by the same high-voltage signal, but the circuit system is independent of each other, do not interfere with each other, as long as the high-voltage circuit is energised, even if the display circuit and the locking circuit fail at the same time, the electromagnetic lock is still in the locking state to prevent misoperation, the purpose of the erroneously energised intervals.

And the user can change the indicator without opening the indicator shell.

  Application range and characteristic

  The indoor high volt charged display device is composed of three sensors and display(through lead connection), it is applied to certain indoor high volt electric equipment of rated frequency 50Hz and rated volt below 40.5KV, by this device, it could indicate charged condition in circuit, besides, it can be coordinate-operated with electromagnetic lock, which realizes forced lockout of switch handle and controlled by one high volt signal, while, its circuit system is stand-alone and not interfered one another. Just needing the high volt circuit electrified, even if display circuit and latching circuit arise fault simultaneously, the electromagnetic lock still stay in locking state, which could prevent from mishandle or entering into charged spacing.
