VS1 (ZN63)-12 type indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is indoor high voltage switchgear, applies to rated voltage 12kv, frequency 50Hz three-phase power system, electrical protection and control as the use of vacuum circuit breaker as a result of the special advantages, in particular the need for frequent operation under the rated current or short-circuit current breaking many places.
Insulation cylinder for indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, top and middle are equipped with wire outlet arm, the upper wire outlet arm is fixedly connected to the static end of the interrupter chamber through the upper bracket, the lower wire outlet arm is connected to the conductive rod of the dynamic end of the vacuum interrupter chamber through the lower bracket and soft connection, the insulating cylinder has a four-sided structure inside and outside the top, the lower part has a circumferential structure inside and outside, the insulating cylinder is equipped with a skirt structure inside and outside, its inner skirt is a whole circle circumferential structure, the upper and lower brackets are directly The upper and lower brackets are fixed directly to the inside of the insulating cylinder.
Advantages: easy installation, good consistency between the phases of the circuit breaker; the wire export arm is connected to the interrupter chamber as a whole; convection cooling effect like a chimney can be obtained; foreign objects and dust are prevented from entering and the requirements for creepage distance are met.

Application
The variety of insulation and sensor listed in sample all adopt epoxy vacuum pouring technology for one-time molding, kinds of insulation pull rod, bushing, contact box, insulating cylinder and bell housing etc adopt APDA technology for molding (majority). While, some product adopt SMC, DMC instauration alkyd enlargement mode plastic for compacting molding. All the product are applied to 3.6~40.5KV mid-large volt switchboard, for some product and specification size owning special requirement, it could be designed and manufactured according to user demand.
The use of environmental conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: not higher than +40 °C, not less than -40°C
2. Altitude: not exceed 2000m.
3. Relative humidity: daily average of not more than 95%, month average of not more than 90%. Saturated vapor pressure daily average of not more than 2.2 × 103MPa, month average not more than 1.8 × 103MPa.
4. Earthquake intensity: not more than eight.
5. No fire, explosion hazard, serious filthy, chemical corrosion, as well as places of intense vibration.
