  The gas insulated switchgear load break switch is suitable for power systems with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 3.6kV-12kV. It is suitable for the C cabinet and F cabinet of the fully insulated inflatable ring main unit. Load current of the circuit.

  The product is divided into two-station type with earthing switch and three-station type without earthing switch, which can be selected according to the operation needs of the system.

  The load break switch of gas insulated switchgear meets the relevant requirements of GB/T11022-2011, GB/T3804-2017 “3.6K/~40.5kV High Voltage AC Load Switch”, and GB/1692-2009 “AC High Voltage Load Switch-Fuse Combination Electrical Appliances”.

  Environmental Conditions

  1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m, earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degree.

  2. Ambient temperature is below 40 °C , above -30°C. Daily average value of relative humidity is 95%, month average value is below 90%.

  3. Not suitable for places with frequent violent vibration, steam, gas, chemical corrosion , salt spray, dirt and dust, fire, explosion that could significantly effect the performance.

   

  Operating Manual for Load break switch of Outgoing Cubicle

  1.Power transmission

  1.1 Opening for earthing switch: Insert the operating handle into the operation hole of earthing switch, then contrarotate to opening. At this time, the center of the sub-closing panel signs is Ø-shaped; lower door plate is locked.

  1.2 In operation hole of load switch , clockwise (motor operated should press closing button) to closing. At this time, the sub-closing panel signs is Ø-shaped.

  2.Power failure

  2.1 Closing for load switch: Press the operation button below the panel(motor operated should press opening button) to opening load switch. At this time, the sub-closing panel signs is Ø-shaped.

  2.2 Closing for earthing switch: Insert the operating handle into the operation hole of earthing switch, clockwise to closing. At this time, the sub-closing panel signs is Ø-shaped.

  Please note:

  1. If the power enter is from the upper end of switch, then the live display will flash or go out by switch on or off.

  2. If the power enter is from the lower end of switch, then the live display will stay flash. At this time, power supply, closing earthing switch is prohibited.

  Remark:  When replacing the fuse,  the three fuses must be replaced at the same time.
