What is the difference between isolation handcart and vacuum circuit breaker?

Vacuum circuit breaker and isolation handcart is one of the common components in the high-voltage middle cabinet, the shape and size of the two are similar, so what is the difference between them?

From the function, the vacuum circuit breaker in the normal power supply through the load current, when the power supply system short-circuit fault or serious overload, with its corresponding relay protection or automatic device (microcomputer protection device), quickly cut off the fault current or overload.

The isolation handcart only plays the role of isolation and can only break the no-load current. It can not cut the fault current or overload.

From the structure, vacuum circuit breakers have operating mechanism system and arc extinguishing system, while the isolation handcart these are not available
