1. The operation of loading the vacuum circuit breaker trolley into the cabinet

Before operation, make sure that the circuit breaker room is clean, free of foreign objects, and the valve is closed. Before the circuit breaker trolley is ready to be pushed from outside the cabinet into the cabinet, check whether the circuit breaker is in good condition and whether there are any missing parts. Then install the circuit breaker trolley on the transfer truck and lock it, and raise the circuit breaker trolley to a proper position, and insert the front part of the transfer trolley into the socket on the side panel of the cabinet. , Open the locking hook of the circuit breaker trolley, push the trolley into the cabinet steadily and lock it at the same time. After confirming that the circuit breaker trolley and the cabinet have been locked, unlock the transfer cart and the cabinet and push the transfer cart away.

2. The operation of the vacuum circuit breaker trolley in the cabinet

When transferred to the cabinet, it is in the disconnected or test position in the cabinet. If the circuit breaker is put into operation, first put the circuit breaker trolley in the test position, check the auxiliary circuit plug to the corresponding socket, and fasten the lock plate. Perform a time electrical operation test on the circuit breaker when the main circuit is not connected. If you want to continue the operation, you must first close all the cabinet doors, insert the key into the door lock hole, lock the door, and confirm that the circuit breaker is in the open state. At this time, you can insert the circuit breaker operating handle into the hole, and turn it clockwise until you hear a crisp auxiliary switch switching sound, and the working position indicator light is on, indicating that the main circuit is connected, and the closing and opening operations can be performed through the control circuit.

3. The operation of taking out the vacuum circuit breaker handcart

First of all, make sure that the circuit breaker trolley is in the test position, pull out the plug, and hang the opening lugs outside the plug on the fixing bolts on the circuit breaker trolley panel, then push the operating trolley to the front of the cabinet and place the hand trolley. The car is unlocked and pulled out. When the handcart has completely entered the transfer car and confirmed that it is locked, touch the lock of the transfer car and the cabinet and pull the transfer car out of the appropriate position.

When the vacuum circuit breaker of the high-voltage cabinet is pushed in and pulled out by a handcart, the above operation steps must be used correctly to avoid malfunctions such as damage to the circuit breaker due to misoperation. Especially when the handcart is pushed into the working position, it should be confirmed that the grounding switch is in the open state, otherwise the next operation cannot be completed.
